Repairs, Returns, and Warranty

Unless otherwise stated all of our products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Repairs

All products requiring repairs must first be issued an RMA number.
An RMA number will be provided once it is determined by our support staff that a product requires repair.

All RMA requests must be sent to support@dvbgear.com

Returns

We will only accept returns in the event where a product does not meet the functionality as described in its specifications or data sheet.
