SimulStream is an optional Osprey feature which allows each input to produce multiple parallel output streams with completely independent settings for color space, cropping, scaling, closed caption and overlays facilitating simultaneous delivery to multiple applications.
The Osprey 480e is an 8-channel analog Composite capture card ideal for high density capture on modern PC platforms. To keep the card low-profile, the 8 inputs are located on a breakout cable on BNC connections. RCA video sources can also be connected via the included BNC to RCA adapters. The 480e supports the Medialooks SDK for integrating into advanced production and broadcast workflows. While the card has a low-profile form-factor, both low-profile and standard PCI brackets are included.
